Refund policy

We want you to love your Mandinga pieces. If something is not right, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible, items must be unworn and in their original condition. To start a return, contact us at info@mandingastore.com.au or through the form in the footer with your order number and we will walk you through it.

Once we receive and check your returned item, we will refund you to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear.

Return postage is paid by the buyer, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. In that case we cover the postage and replace or refund the piece in full.
